7 new Google Maps U.S. Real Estate Mashups!

RealEstateAdvisor.com - A Google Maps enabled real estate search engine which aggregates its results from thousands of sources so you just have to search once. [via]

D.C. Property Sales Map - Here is a new map for DC real estate. It maps vacant properties and property sales and uses stats charts to show how this market is growing.

DCHomeprices.com shows what prices homes have sold for - DCHomePrices.com joins a growing number of Google Maps mashups of recent house sale prices. This allows you to gain perspective on what price you should be paying if you are looking to buy. Records date 3, 6, 9, or 12 months back.

San Francisco: RentSlicer.com - Other cities include: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle (Here is an interview with the RentSlicer.com creators).
New York City: NateFind.com - A new New York City Apartment Finder using Google Maps to display results. [via]
New York City: TenantNetwork.com - A site where NYC tenants can share information about the places they live.

Exactly how is SeattleRealEstateAdvisor.com supposedly using Google Maps? All I saw in there was Mapquest maps, and lame ones at that.
