Street View Doubles US Coverage

Google have today doubled the coverage of Street View in the US. It looks to me as if it is now possible to travel from the east coast to the west coast entirely in street view.



Today's new additions brings street view to many new cities, like Memphis, Birmingham, and Charleston (SC), and also to a few states for the first time, like Maine, West Virginia, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Here are some of the new sights that you can view in street view:

The Devil's Tower, Wyoming


Portland Head Lighthouse, Maine


The Pyramid Arena, Memphis
