Assess Your Flood Risk with Google Maps

FloodTools.com calculates estimated flood risk for any address in the United States using data from several data sources, including FEMA and historic flood data.

The application is very easy to use. Just enter your address and you will receive a flood risk estimate based on the available data. The dynamic map marker shows your location on a Google Map with a gauge showing the estimated risk of flooding.

It is possible to also add a heat map layer that shows the flood risk around your neighborhood. Another Other layers allow you to view historical flood data, flood plains and historical hurricane tracks.
