Standing in the rain waiting for a bus is a pretty depressing experience. In this day and age there aren't many excuses for transport companies not to provide customers with real-time information about arrivals and departures. Congratulations then to UK bus company Metrobus, who have released a number of Google Maps showing real-time bus information for all of their routes in West Sussex.
The maps show each stop on the route. Clicking on an individual bus-stop opens an information window displaying how long until the next two or three buses arrive. Even better, this real-time information is also available by mobile phone. To access the mobile service go to metrobuswap.co.uk.
