SBS has mapped Australia's population changes from 2013-2014 using statistics from the Australian Bureau of Statistics. In Mapping Australia: The ebb and flow of our cities’ populations SBS provides a choropleth view of which Australian areas grew in population and which fell from 2013 to 2014.
If you select a neighbourhood on the map you can view the percentage of population change. A line graph beneath the map also provides an overview of population change in the selected area over the last ten years. In addition a bar chart shows the number of arrivals and departures for each year.
