FriendFeed adds Google Maps

FriendFeed have tonight added Google Maps to their micro-blogging site. FriendFeed co-founder Bret Taylor says,

“We just pushed that change out. It should show up for all entries that have geo information, including RSS feeds that use GeoRSS.”

Locations are shown via a small static Google Map. Like so:

Clicking on the static map will take you to the Google Maps site itself for that location.
