Some Friday Kryptonite Fun
This week astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson claimed to have found the location of Superman's home planet Krypton. Tyson claims that the planet Krypton — if it existed — would have orbited a red dwarf star called LHS 2520.
Luckily for Superman Google has mapped the universe with Google Sky, so if he ever wants to return to the vicinity of his home planet he can find Krypton's location here. Obviously Krypton was destroyed so you can't actually see the planet on Google Sky.
Back on Earth, in Superman's home town of Metropolis they have erected a giant statue of Superman, which, of course, can be seen on Street View.
Unfortunately for the citizens of Metropolis these days Superman is more likely to be found hanging out in his local saloon with his famous film-star friends, such as Bruce Willis, rather than out on the streets fighting crime.
Bruce looks like Lex!
