roadworks.org is a useful Google Map of local roadwork information for the UK. The map has displayed over 1.8 million roadworks in the past year.
It is possible to search the map by location and the map displays all current and planned roadworks in the area. Users are able to view where and when roadworks are taking place and, by clicking on a map marker, can find out who is responsible for the work.
The data behind the map is also available via the Elgin Roadworks API.
