Are you a Canadian forced to live in exile in that netherworld that lies to the south of the border? If so you may be feeling a little more homesick than normal today. But don't worry - help is at hand.
Canada Day Across America has put together a handy Google Map showing the location of Canada Day parties taking place across the USA. At the time of writing 106 parties are displayed. If you are hosting your own party you can add it to the map.
If that isn't enough to cure those homesick blues then you can now take a virtual tour around the beautiful Canadian Houses of Parliament, with Google Maps Street View. On your tour of Parliament Hill you can also take in the foyer of Confederation Hall, the Hall of Honour and the majestic Library of Parliament.
