Architecture on Google Maps
Sah Archepedia, from the Society of Architectural Historians, is an on-line encyclopaedia of American architecture.
The encyclopaedia is searchable by location and when you do search by location the results are displayed on a Google Map. Each entry in the encyclopaedia also features a Google Maps satellite view of the featured building.
Currently Sah Archepedia is in beta release, only contains a sample data set and is still in development.
The World Architecture Map (WAM) is a database of architectural information that uses Google Maps to show the locations of architectural interesting buildings around the world. It is possible to search for buildings on WAM by location, building type, architectural style or by tags.
