The London Property Bubble Mapped

Illustreets has created an interesting animated heat map and line graph showing the increase in the average price of houses in London between 2000 and 2013.

The London House Prices map includes the option to choose any London borough to compare the borough's increase in property value against London as a whole. When you play the animation the line graph begins to be drawn on top of the map. As the animation progresses chronologically the heat map updates to reflect the increasing cost of property in London.
