Google Maps for the iPhone

The poor old iPhone has been feeling a bit neglected this week with the launch of the gPhone (see Top 10 Location Aware Android Applications). Luckily Alistair James has come to the iPhone's rescue with a proof of concept ‘lite’ version of the javascript maps API for the iPhone. You can have a look at the basic test version of the map here.

The map can be dragged with the finger and zoomed with the double finger pinch action! You can read more about Alistair concept's on his blog One Wheeled Bicycle.
