The Anti-Eviction Mapping Project has created a neat animated timeline map of Ellis Act evictions in San Francisco from 1997 to 2013.
The Ellis Act Map includes a simple 'play' option to view animated map markers displayed on the map in chronological order from 1997 through to August of this year. The map also features a slide control that allows you to control the timeline manually.
Each marker on the map includes a smart animation effect that emphasizes its appearance on the map during the timeline playback.
