Zip Code Google Map

Zipmaps is a handy Google Map which can help you find the zip code for anywhere in the United States. Click on the map, enter a zip code or a postal address and the map will zoom in and highlight the boundary of that particular zip code.

Links in the sidebar will zoom the map to the chosen state. When you click on the map new links will appear to cities and towns in those counties. The map display includes a boundary of the state, county or city as a whole image overlay with a custom tile layer of zip codes.

You can also use Esri's Zip Lookup map to find zip code areas on a map. What's more Esri's Zip Lookout map can tell you a lot about the people living in each zip code area.

This map reveals a lot about how businesses go about building a profiling about you based purely on your postal address. Type your zip code into the map and see what Esri predicts about you and your lifestyle. The map uses Esri's Tapestry Segmentation methodology to classify zip code areas into 67 unique market segments. When you type in your zip code the map will reveal the three prevailing types of Tapestry market segments living in your area.

You can also view other demographic detail about your zip code area, including median household income, median age and the population density.

Check out www.zipthecure.com. This is a project to raise $100 in every zip code of the country. A clickable google map is the basis and as each zip code is sponsored, it changes colors.

Is there a way to have an overlay of zip code boundaries attached to an existing Google map I have created? This zip code map is a great find for me but I'd like to avoid having to switch back and forth between that and my own map.

However, if you are interested in finding an address, this information may be something you can obtain through a reverse phone lookup. It can help you a lot.
