The Berlin Migrant Map
This Berliner Morgenpost map of Berlin shows a city still divided by the old Berlin Wall. The map visualizes the number of migrant residents in each Berlin neighborhood. It reveals a diverse city to the west of the old Berlin Wall and a far less diverse city in the neighborhoods which were formally part of the GDR.
The Diversity of Berlin's Neighborhoods map shows Berlin neighborhoods colored according to the number of migrant residents (Germany excluded). The western half of the city is shown to be far more diverse, with a large number of migrant residents, while the eastern half of the city is much less diverse.
If you mouse-over a neighborhood on the map you can view the percentage of migrant workers in the area and the top three countries where migrant residents are from.
